@prajwaldesai Also, I wanted to point our that we’re a tiny team based across Australia, Europe and part of Asia. If we didn’t get right back to your email, it probably was because of the timezone difference.

Super-sorry about that! As I touched on earlier, our support is all in-house. We don’t outsource anything. So our reply times aren’t the fastest around, but we always pride ourselves on the quality of our help.

That’s fine Scott. I understand now. May I ask why is there no demo of this plugin ?. Atleast a video of the settings and what a paid version offers compared to free one ?.

We don’t offer a live demo because we offer this free version. We encourage everyone to download the free version and take it for a spin. It’s the best way to get a gist of how it all works ??

And for those people who aren’t quite sure if they want to commit to the paid version, we also offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund.

We’re working on offering a 7-day free trial. That’ll hopefully land in the next month or so.

And would reconsider the pricing part ?. The starter version is expensive for bloggers considering we pay $49 every year for this plugin. I mean the features that you provide in starter version doesn’t match the price of the plugin.

@prajwaldesai As it happens, we can’t discount Happyforms.
