No puedo visualizar el casillero de carga en mi producto

    Hola
    Tengo una pagina web https://www.graficus.com.ar con WordPress 5.3.2 la versión de woocomerce es Versión 3.8.1 y la versión de su plugin es Versión 0.6.0
    Ya instale y active su pluging luego lo habilito desde la pagina de producto pero no puedo verlo en la pagina del producto.
    EL link de un producto de prueba es este https://graficus.com.ar/producto/flyer-impresion-offset/
    Aun no habilite la tienda en todo el sitio por que necesito que se puedan cargar los archivos ya que tenemos un web2print.

    Already install and activate your pluging then I enable it from the product page but I can’t see it on the product page.

    I still don’t enable the store in the whole site because I need the files to be loaded since we have a web2print.

    Hello,

    I see you use another plugin for custom fields on the product page.
    This plugin is probably overwriting our upload functionality.

    Please check if it works if you disable the other plugin.

    I only have divi theme this could be the problem?

    I can′t desactivete the pluging beacouse I don′t know what pluging are you talking about, I don′t have other pluging active to upload files. You can tell me what plugin is?

    Hello,

    Unfortunately I cannot tell you which plugins you use. I do not have access to your ADMIN panel. I see you’ve a plugin installed to add custom fields to your product pages. I guess it’s WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin, but I am not sure.

    Contact your webdeveloper. He/she can help you with this.
