    Hi,

    on a clients webshop all payment options are ‘on delivery’ so there is no payment step.

    the sales process goes from the shopping cart ( checkout steps 1-3) to the thank you page. And somehow the purchase event is skipped.

    before the thank you page, there is an intermediate page called order-received. However that one performs a 301 redirect so no analytics their.

    How to get the transaction into analytics?

    Thank you for sharing URL!

    We did a quick look of your store & found that you have a custom “Thank you” page on your store & our plugin is unable to track data on that page.

    Reason:
    Our plugin will only track the transaction data when users land on the “Thank you” page of your store which having the standard Woocommerce “Thank you” page URL.

    Current “Thank you” page URL for your store is: https://www.itspurelunch.nl/bedankt/

    But it should be standard like this: https://www.itspurelunch.nl/checkout/order-received/1234/?key=wc_order_58cf8f47143rg
