No QR image showing

  • I tried to install this plugin, but even on the edit page, the qr image is broken link on the image area. I use the shortkey, the actual page will show the same broken image too.

    How to make the qr image to show?

    Thank you for your reply. I use a fresh install. no other plugins has been installed, using default wordpress theme. The image for the qr just never show. I will try another install again as I had already deleted that install and maybe show you a print screen.

    Indeed, there seems to be a problem.
    Can you give me the PHP version of your server and check in browser developer console if an error is displayed?

    Thank you, if you don’t have any PHP error displayed, that should not be the problem.

    Can you check in browser developer console if a JavaScript error is displayed? Or send me an online test page to debug it ?

    Hi, i have the same error with the QR Broken Image. My version of PHP is 7.3, and the error showing on development console is:
    “Uncaught ReferenceError: wpkqcg_qrcode_display is not defined at (index):975”

    Can you check if the JavaScript file ‘wpkqcg-pkg.min.js’ is well included and loaded and/or provide me an online page with the exemple of the problem?

    the new release of ‘Kaya QR Code Generator’ 1.3.1 is out.

    It must fix the undefined wpkqcg_qrcode_display cache error, can you check and tell me if it resolve the problem on your side ?
