A work around will be the following:

1. Set your expiration to ‘monthly’ and set it to ‘4’ which will essentially be quarterly. Users will need to renew their membership every quarter and pay for the 4 months upfront.

2. You could possibly look at using PMPro’s auto renew add-on which renews accounts automatically unless cancelled. This requires a PMPro Plus account – https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/add-ons/plus-add-ons/auto-renewal-checkbox-membership-checkout/
