No Quicktags.php!!!!

quicktag.js is in wp-admin I think

It may not show up if you use Safari.

I have discovered that Camino, the new Mac browser based on the Mozilla Gecko engine, renders the quicktags fabulously.

Just for the record, Omniweb – a great Mac browser – does not display the quicktags either. However, Omniweb allows you to change the user agent string per site (along with other site specific settings) so you can tell WordPress that it’s say, Netscape or IE, and then the quicktags show and behave properly.
