No rates populating

The site is under constructions as we are still developing but when I test the shipping I’m not getting any rates. It worked fine a few hours ago but now it says no shipping rates avaiable.

I checked off the debug mode and get this error.

Any ideas what this might be? I have weight and dimensions added for all my products.
