No real online users statistics

    Hi,

    after i search the forum, i think nobody have the same issue! i do not get real live traffic if i turn litespeed on. normaly we have around 100 real customers per hour, if i switch on, is it only arount 5-10 in 1h!

    So first, i have start litespeed to our server with automatic settings, all wordpress sites i setup manuell and all the same, no real live users!

    Visitor Maps and Who’s Online
    WP Statistics

    both are not work real, also we have wordfence with who is online, same think.

    If i disable litespeed, all looks fine and life traffic are back.

    Hi,

    Don’t know about the first one , but in WP Statistics , there is an option for caching plugin , have you set that option to ON ?

    and make sure you have excluded URI wpstatistics/v1 from being cached , that’s the endpoint it uses to counts users

    Hi,

    it make no sense if i turn it on or off, no effect. i also exclude the uri, still the same issue. it look like no statistics plugin is compatible with litespeed. that is really bad!!

    I am not sure about others , but I can be sure that WP Statistics is compatible

    may I know your site URL ? or please provide the report number

    Hi,

    both the same i test it with caching wp statistics on/off, exclude uri etc. can it be that i have something rong on my server settings with litespeed?

    Hi,

    after one week test with some change of settings, only what solve the issue is we disable the public cache enable object and browser cache and all works fine!
