No real sitemap.xml file created

The link being produced for my sitemap is “bogus” and not a real file and there is no where to submit it to Google. When I try to test it with Google, it says there is no sitemap there.

The plugin says my sitemap is at: https://www.web-hosters.com/index.php?xml_sitemap=params=

However, when Google asks for the sitemap it specifies: https://www.web-hosters.com/ and lets you put the rest. So I put, /index.php?xml_sitemap=params=

And Google says there is no sitemap there.
