No Real Support

    @jebernier – WooCommerce plugin is a FREE plugin and you’re in a community forum. Community forums is just that where other users of the plugin helps each other. The developers occasionally drops in and answers some questions but mostly are tied up working to better improve the plugin. If you want dedicated support, you would need to visit WooThemes and contact them directly. I believe they have some membership thing you can sign up for and receive support.

    And to answer your question, yes WooCommerce is most definitely a great plugin.

    Can’t even get any assistance determining if this is the module I want to use. No response from WooCommerce except the canned reply “you need to purchase”. Very frustrating, moving onto Cart66.

    Personally I am thinking of dumping woocommerce and getting X-cart.
    There is NO Support except for Splashingpixels whom I doubt works for them.

    They only time I hear from WOO is when I rated down a product they had.
    They are adding new things to the updates when you think they would be FIXING the issues they caused with the new version.
