no recaptcha and emoticons don't disappear

Hi,

i’ve upgraded to pro version to get the reCaptcha under the form, but it’s not appearing. Do i have to install or configure anythings else eslewhere for the reCaptcha field to work?
Now it just shows nothing…

Now i also have these emoticons appearing and can’t get them to disappear. I’ve clicked on “Disable emotions on comment reply” in the form settings, but they keep appearing.
What should i do to remove them?

Finally, how can i get rid of the “Notify me of followup comments via email.” text at the bottom of the form. I’d like it removed but can’t see an option to do so.
