NO receiving Confirmation Email

  • Hello,
    after setting up MailPoet3 to my WordPress everything is fine.

    Users can subscribe to the Newsletter but they don’t receive any confirmation email.

    Sending service is the MailPoet Sending Service.

    Anyone else with same problems?

    Using MailPoet Free version: 3.56.2 and WordPress version: 5.6
