No reduce of filesize althoug quality is set to 90

Hi,

I just saved an image in GIMP, jpg, where I did saved it as ‘100’ in quality. I did this because I know I had value ’90’ in you plugin.

Now, after I uploaden the image, I see the filesize is the same: 859.

One thing I can think of, is that in GIMP I already set the size to the max setting I use in your plugin, so maybe you plugin did not do anything because of that?
