• Purchased Page Booster and Hosting. Even with manual migration by the tech team, the site could not be migrated after five days. I cancelled on the 5th day and told them it was not going to work because of the size of my site. But was told there were no refunds and was offered an extension of an additional year of Page Booster.

    I explained to them that I couldn’t use Page Booster as well, as it was not ideal for my site as videos were not in the frame, and menus were not loading correctly with dropped-down menus not appearing.

    Basically, they want me to keep a product (page booster) that does not work for my site when another purchased product (hosting) is not working at all.

    In this day age such an attitude from a company is not acceptable at all. They can solve it within 1 email , but 23 emails later, they are insisting on keeping my money. The reason for this is this is a financially unstable company who does not care. I would not advice any of you here to host with them !
