No refund for not working pro version!

The demo version is almost useless so we decided to buy the plugin on the Envato Market. Unfortunately the hover effect of the menu is not working properly. Sometimes the menu opens and sometimes not. Also we wanted to use the “dropdown search” function in the menu bar. But when you choose this option when setting up the menu nothing changes. Only a fullscreen search is available.
Long story short: We were unhappy with the plugin and therefore applied for a refund on the Envato Market. But unfortunately the company of the plugin doesn’t want to refund our purchase. We already bought the Max Mega Menu plugin and it is working perfectly.
