No refund policy? Since when?

I contacted them within hours of the reoccurring and immediately said I’d like to cancel if possible. I was met with a message of a strict no refund policy comment and even though I did not want to move forward with the product, they chose not to cancel my account and refund the money. Pretty disappointed. Hopefully my PayPal dispute will solve this. Buyer beware
TURN OFF AUTO SUBSCRIPTION! They want you to not notice, they want you to forget, and they will rob you of your money if you don’t want the product anymore. Nothing like a digital product not being refundable… Will definitely use Yoast SEO for every client moving forward.
