No refund within 7 days condition – Warning

We purchased the tool on Oct 21st 2020. Today (Oct. 27th 2020 – so 6 days) we would like a refund of our purchase. The hint and encouraging all customers to try all functions within 7 days is “nice” but not feasible. In that case there is a right of refund within 7 days in T&C. The problem with this clause is that it excludes the termin “refund within 7 days”.
At the end of the day: hey, a customer expected something different and tell it within 7 days. It is like eating a “Wiener Schnitzel”. Tell the chef within minutes that it is not good and not after 6 months.
In my world of thought.. this is not correct.
