No refunds?

  • The trials of their software are pretty sketchy.
    It’s $1, but it automatically signs you up for the full payment 14 days later.
    Even reading the fine print is not clear.

    They are refusing to refund us $279 for software we are not using. Pretty frustrating. Having to dispute the transactions with PayPal and my bank.

    All they had to do was refund the money. Silly.
