Agree, it’s definitely a good idea to familiarise yourself with Zero BS CRM before committing – we do our best to cover this via the following:

etc. And are still always striving to improve the way in which we share what ZBS has and has not got coverage for.
We do expressly note in our terms and conditions (which are accepted on purchase) that our main bundle (which contains 25+ extensions) cannot be refunded. This is ultimately because each extension is a plugin, which makes difficult to offer “free trials” and totally lock down usage. We do this to avoid abuse which could effectively sink the company, stopping the ongoing development and support for the 1k+ active users. We try to be clear about this, but will take your feedback on board.
