• When trying to go to the login screen, there is nothing that allows you to register for a new account. Much like the regular wp-login.php, it has the ability to register. This doesn’t seem to be working on this theme.

The theme doesn’t make any changes to the login screen, or interfere in any way with new account registration, so there is nothing that the theme could be doing to stop this from working.

There is a core WordPress setting in Settings > General where you can enable or disable the ability for new registrations under Membership: “Anyone can register”. If this box is unchecked then the register link will not be available on wp-login.php. Is this what you are asking about?

If you could provide more information, I’d be happy to point you in the right direction.

Where exactly are you expecting to see the ability to register for a new account? Is it on the wp-login.php or somewhere else? Perhaps a registration page provided by a third-party plugin?

As you can see here: https://ibb.co/JRKM9qJ I’ve added the ‘anyone can register’ but your element doesn’t have a place where somone can click to register. It’s a problem with your layout, or the javascript. But if you have a working version somewhere, I’d love to see it.

Thanks for the image, that’s much clearer now.

Ignore the “anyone can register” setting as that is for the wp-login.php that you mentioned and is separate from the WooCommerce account/login/register form in your screenshot.

The theme outputs the WooCommerce “My Account” form in the header, so to enable the customer registration form, in your admin dashboard go into “WooCommerce” > “Settings” > “Accounts & Privacy” > “Account creation” and check the box for the “Allow customers to create an account on the my account page”.

Selecting that option will display the customer registration form on the account page and in the theme header navigation.
