UNREGISTERED SUBMISSIONS!!

  • Hi,

    I have a big problem on my website.
    I have a Ninja form and my customers request a quote to me. I have been doing test submits, when I click on Submit button, it change to Processing but sometimes the website doesn’t go to confirmation page and the gaps are blank.

    I can submit again and works great, but any customer try again…

    Then I go to Submissions in my backend and I only see the submissions that I have seen the confirmation page.

    For that reason, I am losing customers!!

    I need a solution!

  • Hi! That’s strange. Are you using any cache plugin?

    Yes, I was using Total Caché. I deactivated this plugin and Ninja forms starts to work well again…
    Do you know what property I have to change to be able to use Total Caché and Ninja Form?
