The best thing is if you can screen shot the settings pages and the event page for me and share here ( obscure any sensitive details like emails )

You have quite a few ‘heavy weight’ plugins so wondering if it is a plugin conflict ( I can’t see why but you never know )

Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

If you can install plugins, install and activate “Health Check”: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/health-check/
It will add some additional features under the menu item under Tools > Site Health.
On its troubleshooting tab, you can Enable Troubleshooting Mode. This will disable all plugins, switch to a standard WordPress theme (if available), allow you to turn your plugins on and off and switch between themes, without affecting normal visitors to your site. This allows you to test for various compatibility issues.

I restored my page from a recent back-up and started from a cleaner point and was able to get it working.
Can you tell me what the “in-line payments” are? I would like this to integrate with woocommerce or not have to send students to an external link.

Can you screen shot me where inline payments are, as I think that should not say that ( was legacy PayPal ).

Not sure what integration to WooCommerce payments would be or if possible, but sounds like a neat idea.
