No registration Mail after registering in Sahifa Theme

    my website is: https://www.erscheinungsdatum.de
    When i want to register for this site (in the sidebar in the log in widget) i dont get a register mail with my password, althoug it says the registration was successfull.
    Im using the Sahifa Theme.
