    Hello,
    CRP does not show any related posts on my posts.
    I am using CRP only with a shortcode in a Divi text module.
    It is active because it shows the sentence “Keine verwandten Artikel gefunden” (=”no related posts found”) (please see the example page link above for the CRP display and pics of my CRP settings), so it should work.
    There are enough posts and pages… ??
    Thanks for help
    Ulf

    Was this working before or is this a new thing? Can you disable the cache from the settings page first?

    Can you check that the full text index has been created? You can see this in the settings page at the bottom. If not, you could run the queries in your phpMyAdmin or equivalent.

    If these don’t work you’ll need to check what the queries being generated are throwing up using Query Monitor plugin.

    Dear Ajay,
    thanks for your reply.
    1. It worked definitely when I used it displayed “traditionally” in the posts, not by shortcode.

    2. I emptied the plugin cache now.

    3. This is the text at the bottom of the settings:
    ALTER TABLE wp8_posts DROP INDEX crp_related;
    ALTER TABLE wp8_posts DROP INDEX crp_related_title;
    ALTER TABLE wp8_posts DROP INDEX crp_related_content;
    ALTER TABLE wp8_posts ADD FULLTEXT crp_related (post_title, post_content);
    ALTER TABLE wp8_posts ADD FULLTEXT crp_related_title (post_title);
    ALTER TABLE wp8_posts ADD FULLTEXT crp_related_content (post_content);

    When I tick “posts” I have the related posts double: at the very end of the page (after -1) AND displayed by the shortcode. So it works but not as I want…

    …I am not really fit in changing something on php level, sorry… what do I have to do exactly?
    Thanks for further help!

    Am I right to understand that when you disabled the posts, the shortcode also stopped working? And if you select Posts, then it displays twice i.e shortcode + normal at end of post?

    …yes, exactly… you see it here:

    https://praesenz-web.de/bruecke-vom-loslassen-und-gehen/
    is a post (posts enabled) and there the CRP displays twice,
    whereas on the PAGE (disabled)
    https://praesenz-web.de/crp/
    CRP does not find related posts.

    The shortcode should display the posts no matter what, if they can be found. So, I’d expect it to display twice if you even have the posts enabled.

    However, it should display only with the shortcode if you have the posts disabled.

    Did you try the case (probably have) where you disable the Posts in the settings page and use the shortcode.

    …I DID try.. this WAS the problem I wrote in the first instance, it did not displayed in the manner described above in my postings… ??

    I ran a check on my test sites with the Posts, etc. disabled and when I put the shortcode it gives out the necessary posts.

    So, am confused this doesn’t work on your site.

    What is the shortcode that you are using?

    Can you try resetting the settings in the settings page of the plugin and then disabling the posts/pages etc.

    A happy new year for you!

    Thank you very much for your reply and sorry for my late answer due to season′s holidays.
    I tried that and it works now. I do not know which option was responsible (you saw them, too), but the main thing is that it works now… ??
    Thanks and best wishes
