    From what you have posted here it seems that you are looking for support for WooCommerce Predictive Search – this is WooCommerce Product Sort and Display.

    Also you said in your title that you posted a support request on the envato support forum. We do not sell premium plugins on envato (Code Cannyon).

    Can you please clarify this as I am thinking that you have someone else plugin? This is the a3rev WooCommerce Predictive Search Premium support forum

    You will see you have not posted there – there are no outstanding support issues on the premium forum.
