No Reply from multiple sales support requests

  • I have been asking for sales support repeatedly since the middle of last week. I have received NO REPLY. I purchased the $39 template pro package and I have receipts but no purchase shows up in my Word press Templateberg account. I have asked if I need to also purchase a license for the Gutentor plug in at $99, but no one anwers me. If my first purchase does not show up, I am not doing a second purchase without some reply from the this company.

  • I am having similar issues with any response. If this a defunkt plugin, – please someone flag it. There seems to be no support, for free OR paid versions. (?)

    I have sadly used it extensively, but without any responses for questions, it seems like a deadend. I really don’t want to have to input everything all over again with another plugin
