    Hi JacTev,

    Jason from Postmatic here. We have four support tickets in our system to which we have replied to you but have not heard back. They are #2001, 2507, 2497, and 2364.

    The dates we replied were:
    May 6
    June 15
    June 29
    June 29

    I suspect our replies may be in your spam folder. Please search your email for messages from [email protected].

    Ps – here is my reply to your question about subscribing to authors:

    Hi Jacques,

    The Postmatic widget is context-aware. If you place the widget on an author archive page the user will only be subscribing to that specific author. An example would be https://visionafrique.com/ask/?author=90.
