no reply option as a user

    sorry but it’s happened again. i put in a bit of css in divi theme options to style “content view” and the replies from admin to user just vanished.

    any help would be much appreciated.

    yes admin part is all good.

    can not see any errors on browsers

    yes, it is English. i just typed randomly for testing

    the only thing i noticed was straight after inserting a bit of css in divi options and when i switched back to check, the options to reply and admin comments were gone.

    just check the test user setting which says “Support User, Participant” for site role. i assume that is alright too?!

    Oh. Wait. The custom CSS is still installed? Can you remove that and see if it works?

    just tried again. no change. it was only some styling for buttons etc…

    Hi:

    Maybe check for errors in the wordpress debug.log file. You’ll have to turn on the WP debug flags and then the debug.log file should be in your wp-content folder.
