    Hi,
    Just wondering if you guys answer emails through the contact form on your website? I’ve sent several there without a response in regards to the paid version

    Hi @johnc1979,

    Seems that a bounce occurred on the email delivery platform we are using, which has caused the failure of delivery of our reply.

    So I am posting it here:

    Q1:
    At this moment, we don’t support Wasabi s3 storage. However, we will consider adding the support in the future.

    Q2:
    Currently, our extension doesn’t support Client Report Pro. We plan to support it after the development of some priority features is completed.

    Q3:
    The incremental backup is available on the unlimited sites plan.

    We will also contact the platform to fix the issue soon and will keep you posted.

    Hi, thanks for the reply.

    Are there any requirements for sftp with incremental backups? I’m currently considering options and I’m thinking of setting up an unused PC with 4TB of storage for SFTP transfers.

    There’s no special requirements for SFTP with incremental backups.

    It comes the same as ordinary backups in the method of uploading backups.
