    have emailed this company but never reply i have some valid questions that i need answering before i can consider purchasing a licence.

    At this point, we have gone above and beyond in many ways to make this right. Again, we do not offer support through these WordPress forums and responded to your email when you originally sent one. We have made several attempts to contact you and would greatly appreciate you take down this negative review.
