• Is there still the “No requirement enroll” option in LearnPress 4?

In the previous version we used to have this option under the “Payment” tab of the course. When I updated to LearnPress 4 all my courses were locked from public access. So I rolled back to version 3 and the courses became publicly available again.

I do not need or want users to enroll or register.

Also, under the General settings of WordPress I turned off the option “Anyone can register”. I do not need this feature.

    Thank you for your help!

You can update to the LearnPress 4, set the course is free, the user just have an account can learn the course or set preview for your lesson in each course, We recommend the update to LearnPress 4 to experience new features and avoid obsolete codes, if not update it make future upgrades and support difficult.

    Thank you for your response.

I noted that the user “must” have an account. This would be too burdensome to manage as it is not needed in our case. There is absolutely no benefit for us in setting up user accounts. I will look into other LMS solutions to see what would work best in our situation.

Adding onto this thread – I’m experiencing a similar problem. I have my entire course set up but can’t connect it to the cart. It is not a free course and I can’t figure out how to set up the registration page and connect it to paypal.
