No reset password mail

    Hi,

    Use this plugin for a few years now. Don’t exactly know since when, but users don’t receive e-mail to reset password anymore.
    Deactivated all other plugins, but still no mail…

    What can I do?

    Have you checked the spam folder?

    Can you confirm that other emails are going fine from the site?

    Thanks for answering my message.
    The cause of the problem was that there was no from-emailaddress in the settings (anymore).
    After correcting that, mails are send again.
