No resizing at all, we tried everything

Sorry that you have trouble correcting your images.

all it does is regenerate for three days and all the images are still the same size.

If that doesn’t help, I’ll be more than happy to assist if you can reply with those details:

– You shop URL
– You confirmed that you purged your site cache if you’re using a caching plugin or/and Cloudflare.

Nabil is not very helpful, rushing to access your dashboard without appropriate tool, sounds very suspicious.

We rarely ask our users if they can grant temporary and limited dashboard access to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and if we do is because we have no more clear suggestions, our troubleshooting is LIMITED to those checks:
– Compatibility with any installed optimization plugin
– Server memory limit
– Cache
– Installed image manipulation driver.
