no response by email after data filled up

  • Good morning , i have installed on my wordpress site hosted on godaddy your plugin and created a landign page.inside this landing page a create a form with the create a form option with first name last name and email address mandatary.
    i have setup “set mail response” to on and created a mail to thank’s who filled up the data requested but i nevere receive in my test the response mail.
    please let me know.

    Please install the https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/check-email/ plugin and verify your site sends emails

    If it is not. You need to contact your hosting provider for them to enable phpmail on your server.

    Hi I am also having this problem. I spoke with Rackspace my hosting provider and they told me that phpmail is enabled on my server.. I just installed this plugin yesterday on a fresh WP install so everything should be up to date. any other ideas?
