• I’m a Pro subscriber. Made a mistake of buying the “unlimited license” twice. One shouldn’t need two of unlimited. SO I wrote to billing. They responded saying they will “check with accounting”. That was 4 weeks ago.

    I have written 3 followups. No response.

    Please let me know what “Accounting” has discovered about this super-simple issue. Look forward to hearing from you.

    Although we understand that you’ve had a bad experience, payment disputes have no place here on these forums. Please handle this matter privately with the plugin developers as there is nothing we can do about monetary issues. I will be archiving this thread.
