No Response from Developer of This Plugin

  • I want to buy a premium version of this plugin but have few questions, I have sent emails and messages to developer of this plugin but they didn’t bother to reply a single message or email.

    So how can i trust on this service? If I buy premium version and get any issue with plugin and then how I will be able to solve the issue ?
    What a pathetic support team.

    Well, that’s unfortunate.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
