    I sent in a support request on June 26 with the understanding that typical replies happen within 48 hrs, but may take longer depending on their queue. I sent a follow-up support request yesterday and still have not heard back.

    I need help understanding the home page, blog page, and recipe index … and how they work together … for Kale Pro. Without this help I am at a stand-still of getting my site and business up and running.

    Can anyone else help me?

    Maybe LyraThemes considers my support needs as part of the support that they do not offer. It is possible, as I am not clear as to what is considered what as far as support goes, otherwise I wouldn’t be asking for help.

    If I was wrong to reach out to LT instead of WP, a response back from LT to guide me to the appropriate support team would have been greatly appreciated, especially since I am paying LT money every month for their assistance.

    I believe I have resolved my support need on my own thanks to online research.
