No response from Submit button

Several of my users have reported over the past couple of months (we have monthly meetings that use RSVPMaker) that they get no response when they click the “Submit” button to RSVP. Yet their RSVP is recorded. This results in multiple attempts, duplication, and a lot of frustration.
I have tried this on my PC, using Firefox and Chrome, on my MacBook Pro using Safari, and on my iPhone 6 using Safari. Of course it works fine for me.
Any idea what might be causing this for certain users.
