    Hi John – I’ve submitted several tickets over the past few weeks to resolve issues with EasyRecipe Plus that we purchased. we haven’t heard anything since 2/14/14.

    Can someone please get back to us with some resolution? We are really anxious to get this plugin fully functioning. Thanks in advance.

    1 ISSUE: Recipes not posting on Fooderific.com
    I’ve been trying to get our recipes on Fooderific. All but one has been accepted. The others have images that are “too small” for Fooderific to post.
    a. I’ve been going back and forth with EasyRecipe and sent the hard code from one of our posts that was denied. It is pulling a much smaller size than what we create – 268×178.

    b. From Vuurr (our web developer): I don’t know why it’s pulling a small one when this post works fine pulling a large image. nothing – both featured images are 800px and large… not sure why his plugin is choosing to pull a smaller image on one not the other.
    c. Where is this image coming from?

    2 ISSUE: EasyRecipe print button not working
    a. I’ve sent in support tickets with no success.

    3 ISSUE: EasyRecipe batch upload
    Benefits of full subscription is to batch upload content. Our content is currently uploaded to our website and that is the only place it is.
    a. is it possible to export our code and batch upload so we don’t have to manually do this to our 800+ pieces of content?
    b. for the content we haven’t uploaded to our site yet…what format can we put it in so it’s recognizable for batch upload? i converted our Word docs to a .txt file, but EasyRecipe didn’t recognize it. We produce 10+ pieces of content a week ,so I’d like to batch upload weekly…

    4 ISSUE: EasyRecipe strips line space code
    We want an extra line between our intro and the EasyRecipe box…and then between the EasyRecipe box and a photo (if we have one). When i put code in for the extra line, ER strips it out. so i ‘ve had to fake it out and add extra code just to get the line space in there.

    5 ISSUE: not able to submit reviews
    This is an option and I have enabled, but how does one create a review of a recipe?

    I submitted a support request probably 4 or 5 months ago, same thing.. no response. My issue is also with the print button. When I click it, the print window does appear, however my issue is with the front end editor. I can’t change the color of the “Print” text. I can change the size, background color, and font, but the actual “Print” color does not work. There have been at least 3 or 4 updates to the plugin since I submitted that issue, but nothing’s been changed.

    I purchased the plugin this past weekend and I have tried to submit support tickets but,the site seems to be down.

    If you’ve had problems submitting tickets please try again. We were using a commercial support system that made a real mess and we’ve just now got our own system up and running and things seem to be back under control.
