No response from support!

  • I’ve used the free version of this plugin many times and works great. I needed the GDPR feature so I purchased the Pro version. That didn’t work so I’ve reached out to support multiple times with no response! There’s no such thing as their “LIVE” chat feature, just a contact form. Seems like they’re just ghosting everyone!

  • I’m having the same experience. Initially I thought support was forthcoming via the live support and following the recent update I managed to get the GDPR stuff working …?however it soon broke again, and since then Live support has been removed from the website and form enquiries go unanswered.

    Right now i’d warn people the premium plugin is broken and unsupported.
