No Response From Support

I purchased the Pro version of Meta Slider to get support, but have received none. I submitted a support ticket on Sunday,8-30-15 and tried again by resubmitting the ticket, using a different email address on Wed., 9-2-15 @ 6:41 AM and still have not received a response to my question. The support page states that Matcha Labs provides support within 24 hours. It has been over 48 hours since my last support ticket was submitted.
If they are not going to provide support, I expect them to return my money.
