    I’m a paid customer who has been trying to get support for a couple of weeks now. WTF? Either respond or refund me at this point.

    Hi there,

    Can you please share your ticket ID?
    I do not see any ticket is not replied more than 2 days.
    It is possibility that you might not received email notification, you can always login to your account and check if there is reply given to your ticket.
