no response from support since weeks – WTF?

i’ve had pro around 10 years and in the last month there are no more really senseful answers and solution – even in the paid pro forum! – to my topics.
now i have a critical error since the last update and no access to my bookings since two weeks and answer here in the group. guys, i am not satisfied.
