No Response from your support team

  • Hello,
    One of the functions that comes with Booster Plus package, Product Visibility by Country is not working right, although the products are blocked from countries on the block list, all those products are still showing on the widgets, this makes no sense at all.
    I have wrote to you and Tom replied me once asking for admin account and ftp password, and after that, I have written 7 emails in the past four days and received NOTHING from you. Please, you have charged me for this plugin and you should at least answer emails and let me know what the hell is going on with your broken plugin. I am quite annoyed by this. Can you please get your plugin to work asap??? Many thanks and I hope you will improve your customer service in the future.
