• I paid for $150 for Theme Performance Optimization & Plugin Configuration.

    To be honest I was a little uncertain about entering payment details as there is zero information on what the service entails. I figured maybe if I check the box to select it there would be a bit more info but it just led to a payment box.

    Perhaps foolishly I decided to go ahead with the option anyway – my site seems to have been getting slower of late and I’m no expert when it comes to WordPress and PHP and this plug-in seemed to be getting great reviews from all over the place so I figured it was a trusted source who could help me get my site running nice and fast.

    But it’s now coming up to two weeks, and I’ve still had no feedback or even acknowledgment other than the initial payment receipt.

    I gave it a week and sent a note asking what the process was for this service to be delivered. I got an auto response telling me they’ll be with me shortly.

    So a week after that and I’ve still had no response ( I’ve been checking my junk mail everyday also) so I figure i’ll do what the W3 dashboard asks me to and spread the word – maybe this way i’ll finally get a response?

    If I don’t get a response then at least this post will act as a warning for others not to take this option.

    Just to update this for anyone considering the $150 option – still no response.

    Guessing that’s $150 down the drain then.

    Per www.ads-software.com policy, these forums aren’t intended for any paid support – you should be using the developer’s dedicated support channel for that. Yes, that kind of situation is unfortunate, but using these forums to “spread the word” also isn’t the purpose.

    Please use the developer’s email or contact form to address this issue. Mistakes or unforeseen things DO happen sometimes.
