No response in WP 4.9.8 and cron missing

I’m seeing no response when I run the scan, and I read in the FAQ’s that cron wpephpcompat_start_test_cron is required. Using Crontrol plugin I don’t see this cron listed. Where do I find the info on what needs adding please?
