    Hi guys, just checking in. I’ve been emailing you (WP All Import guys) for over a month, and I haven’t gotten a response. I’m not sure if you’re still supporting the plugin or not. We have a paid subscription. I’ve emailed you from your website, and directly from 2 email addresses and no response yet. Is anyone else also experiencing this? Any ideas on how I can get a hold of these guys?? Thanks..

    I was able to locate your tickets in our system and I can confirm that we’ve responded to all of your messages. Can you please check your spam folder? We sent replies to you on December 9th, December 17th, and January 7th.
