    I’ve been waiting for pro support in your platform for almost two months now, my reviews are not working and no one is answering my emails anymore. Someone named Olivia was responding but then stopped altogether. I opened a new support ticket and no response either. What’s going on? I’ve been paying for this plugin for over three years and now I get no response in two months??
