    On January 17, 2016, 23:15 I submitted a support reply over Zendesk for the Ultimate Auction Pro Plugin. As of right now. February 27, 2016 I still haven’t received an answer.

    On Feb 9, 14:33 I submitted a new support ticket asking very kindly for a progress report but I have not received a reply from anyone yet.

    I believe I have been very patient and I really don’t mind waiting but I do mind not being acknowledged. I was told certain features could take up to 3-4 weeks to finalize. The time is passed now and I need a progress report.

    Bellow is what has been pending:
    Please note–I requested that all my changes become part of the official pro version in order to make life easy for everyone

    1 Reserve Price Feature customizations (Additional payment submitted)
    *A. Admin ability to enable and disable the Proxy Bidding functionality relating to the reserve price
    *B. Can I hide “Reserve price has been met” & “Reserve price has not been met by any bid” using CSS?

    2 The Single Auction Short-Code Functionality (Additional payment submitted)
    It’s completed and it works well but please include it in the official pro version also.

    3 “Display Public Name As” (Security Feature)
    It works well but it does not function with the Single Auction Short-Code yet.

    4 Mobile clipping Issue
    When I activate UAP, it creates an empty space on the right side, squeezing everything to the left and clips the place bid button and other content.

    Lastly please make sure I receive the latest version of the official pro plugin.
    I have been giving an older version with further updates and a newer version with less updates.

    Hi,

    Since this query is PRO work, I’ve responded to your ticket.

    Point 1 needs rediscussion

    Point 2 and 3 will be included in Official Pro

    Point 4 is pending on me and since I’m restructuring PRO I’ll commit a deadline soon for it.
