No Response Recieved

On January 17, 2016, 23:15 I submitted a support reply over Zendesk for the Ultimate Auction Pro Plugin. As of right now. February 27, 2016 I still haven’t received an answer.
On Feb 9, 14:33 I submitted a new support ticket asking very kindly for a progress report but I have not received a reply from anyone yet.
I believe I have been very patient and I really don’t mind waiting but I do mind not being acknowledged. I was told certain features could take up to 3-4 weeks to finalize. The time is passed now and I need a progress report.
