• I purchased the Pro version a few months back. On my dashboard it shows an update for the Pro. I have a month or so to go before it’s renewal time. I keep getting “not authorized” error. I can’t remember my username and password to the Compete website. I’ve sent 5 messages now and one to Ben and still no answer. Its now been 4 days! If someone in the company is reading this it would be nice to get your customer service in order to assist customers like me from having to write on a board where any future users will call to question to use the product if people can’t get help with password etc. John C.

    I am in the same postion, there appears to be a technical error with the compressed (.zip) file for the update. And I too have reported it and have not heard from Ben. I must say that he is typically very responsive and this is out of character. I say to give him a bit of slack, there may be some issue (family, health, etc.) and hopefully we will hear soon.

    Hey guys,

    I’m so sorry for the error and the delay. I believe I’ve gotten back to you both via email now but to clarify, Gmail began marking a lot of emails as spam over the last 4 days which caught me off guard.

    There was an error with the newest release of Mission News Pro but this has since been fixed. You should be able to update now without issue.
