No Response To Assist

I purchased the Pro version a few months back. On my dashboard it shows an update for the Pro. I have a month or so to go before it’s renewal time. I keep getting “not authorized” error. I can’t remember my username and password to the Compete website. I’ve sent 5 messages now and one to Ben and still no answer. Its now been 4 days! If someone in the company is reading this it would be nice to get your customer service in order to assist customers like me from having to write on a board where any future users will call to question to use the product if people can’t get help with password etc. John C.
